Ron Jackson

Ron joined the board of directors at Firefighters First Credit Union in 2012. He serves as 2nd Vice Chair and Chair of the Governance Committee. Ron retired as a member of the Los Angeles Fire Department after more than 34 years of service. While with the Department he held the rank of Engineer, Inspector, Captain, and Battalion Chief. As a member of the LAFD Chief Officers Association he volunteered as Board Director, Treasurer, and Business Manager. Ron holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge. He is married and has two daughters that are also members of the Credit Union’s fire family. He is proud to be a member of the Credit Union Board of Directors and looks forward to continuing the tradition of providing legendary service to our member/owners.
