Patrick L Engel

Pat was elected to the Board of Directors in 1986. He has held the offices of Board Chair and 1st Vice Chair and currently serves as Board Member Emeritus. In 2013, Pat was honored by the National Coalition of Firefighter Credit Unions as their Volunteer of the Year. Pat retired from the Los Angeles City Fire Department after thirty-five (35) years of service and has had an extensive family history in the fire service. Pat received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University of Northridge. He has continued his education by attending numerous educational conferences and training seminars geared to educate credit union volunteers on how to lead a financial organization in a safe and sound manner. Pat and his wife, Marsha, live in Tehachapi, CA.
